Grande Hotel de Ouro Preto. This hotel is a modernist construction, designed by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer. The roof tiles ensure that the building blends in with the surrounding colonial architecture. Each suite of two adjoining rooms as a balcony with a great view of the town.
Pousada do Mondego. This inn operates in a manor built in 1747. It's in a prime location, next to the São Francisco church, one of the most important building in town.
Hotel Solar do Rosário. Built in 1830, this house became an inn in 1994. It is located beside the Rosário church (read more about the Ouro Preto churches. The French restaurant is one of the best in town.
Pousada do Arcanjo. This hotel sponsors theater plays about the Inconfidência, performed on Saturdays.
